The good folks at bustedcoverage.com (a great site by the way) found Coach Bielema's wedding registry and posted it on their website. They are notorious for purchasing the cheapest item off pretty much any celebrity's registry and sending the happy couple their gift. Bielema's wedding is no different. With Bret & Jennifer's nuptuals taking place this Saturday, March 10th, BC purchased them an egg timer for $6.99. I must have the delux version of the egg timer...as mine both cooks and serves my eggs for me with a little canadian bacon, shredded cheese and tabasco.
There's a good chance the happy couple will receive the set of "odd size measuring cups" they registered for, courtesy of badgerfans.com. Someone has already purchased them the normal set of measuring cups, so when those tricky recipes call for 2/3 cup of sugar, thank god they will have a 2/3 measuring cup. We wouldn't want poor Jennifer to stress out trying to calculate 2/3 cup with only a 1/3 measuring cup.
I remember how excruciatingly painful walking around Crate & Barrell & Pottery Barn was with my wife scanning everything in site with that damn gun. I can't imagine Jennifer dragging Bret through the Williams Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond and Target during a Saturday afternoon at West Towne. Is there anything worse than spending a few hours on a weekend picking out dinnerware, dishes and a cake stand?
